ViewWatch fails to load after installing Microsoft update 922760 or 925454

This problem can occur when running ViewWatch 3.0 or earlier on a computer with Microsoft Windows XP or Microsoft Server 2003 after installing a Microsoft update. ViewWatch may display an error such as "Object does not support this property or method", or ViewWatch may appear to stop loading or "hang".

This problem is caused by Microsoft Update 922760 or 925454. These updates disable support for Structured Graphics Controls.

This problem does not occur in SiteWatch Version 3.1, which does not use Structured Graphics Controls.

There are three ways to solve this problem.

1. Use System Restore to restore the Windows operating system to a checkpoint prior to the installation of update 922760 or 925454.
2. Use Add/Remove Programs to remove update 922760 or 925454.
3. Install SiteWatch Version 3.1.
