Pan Right and Pan Left are reversed on cameras with Option 12 pan/tilt card

Pan Right and Pan Left are reversed on cameras with an Option 12 pan/tilt card. This is a confirmed problem with SiteWatch Version 3.0.8. Follow these steps to verify that the camera has an Option 12 pan/tilt card:

Install the latest version of the Diagnostic Package, version 3.0.0.7 or higher. If you do not have the Diagnostic Package, or if you have a version earlier than 3.0.0.7, you can download the latest version at ftp://www.e-watch.com/SiteWatch 3.0/DiagnosticPackage.

Install the Diagnostic Package, then run the Diagnostic Package Viewer. Connect to the SiteWatch Server, then connect to the camera. In the Hardware and Firmware section, determine whether 12 is listed as an Option. If not, then this Technical Note does not apply. If 12 is listed as an option, then click here to download a patch for this problem.
