The Camera IP Program Does Not Work On A Windows 7 Computer The Camera IP program may not work on a Windows 7 computer with more than one network interface. The Camera IP program sends a network broadcast message to update the camera. The broadcast message may be sent out one of the network interfaces, but not the other. This is a known issue with Microsoft Windows 7. If the target camera is on the other interface, the camera will not receive the message. To avoid this problem, disable all active network inerfaces except the interface to which the camera's network is connected. After the camera receives the broadcast message and re-starts, the other network interfaces can be re-enabled.
