I cannot install the filters
One situation is where the user does not have the right to install components from the web. This is a security setting issue. To solve this, a network administrator must logon to the computer and then logon to ViewWatch. This will install the filters. Once this is done, the normal user can logon. You may optionally install the filters manually from the filter installer app. This installer is located on D:/filters where D is the drive letter of the CDROM. Another situation is locked files. If the filters have been previously installed, they may be locked. To solve this, turn off all running instances of Internet Explorer. This is important, if any Instances are running the file will stay locked. Now open Internet Explorer and go to the ViewWatch logon page. Do not logon yet! Unselect the load last settings check box. Now logon to the system, but do not attempt to see any video. Now you may upgrade your filters Manual Upgrade: Click on any part of the ViewWatch interface, now press the F4 button. This will bring up the filter installation dialog. Just follow the onscreen instructions.
