I can view stored video on the server, but I cannot view it on my station.


The most common problem is the date time setting on the station. Verify that not only the time but also the date is in sync with the server. If they are not then you will have to compensate for the discrepancy when you request stored video. When the video is stored on the server, it is time stamped with the server’s date and time. When you ask for stored video you will have to pay attention to the servers time.

For example: Lets say the server says its 3:45 pm Tuesday, and your station says its 3:45pm Wednesday. When you do your query if you ask for video from 3:20pm Wednesday, the system will not find any video. Modify either your stations date or the query’s date to say Tuesday and the problem will be solved.
