Jumpy Video, Negotiate Error on Dell Switch This is caused when the Dell switch is set to 100 megs, and full duplex. Under these situations the e-Watch camera or encoder will fail to negotiate correctly and produce jumpy video. To solve this set the Dell switch to auto negotiate.
