Cannot find filter server error
When you logon, one of the first things the system does is verify you have the
latest filters installed. The way it does this is it compares your station’s
filters to that of the e-Watch filter server. It must be told in advance where
the designated filter server is. This is a registry setting found in the e-Watch
server app.
Please follow these steps.
1. On the e-Watch server’s desktop, click the e-Watch Server App shortcut
2. Click the registry tab
3. Scroll down and click on the key “FilterURL”
Enter the value of the designated filter server URL. Example http://myMachine
where myMachine is the IP address of the e-Watch server.
