Automatic camera firmware download fails after SiteWatch 3.1 installation This problem can occur on some servers after installing SiteWatch 3.1. Camera firmware is not downloaded to the cameras, and the Event Viewer Application Log contains an error message like "TFTP Server: Sender: File 'null\firmware\ew.3.1.0.4.rom' not found". Resolution: Stop and restart the e-Watch Service. The problem should not re-occur.
