RemoteServerDatabase connect may fail with NullPointerException

The following message may appear in the Application Log: "RemoteServerDatabase attempt to connect to <servername>: java.lang.NullPointerException".  The message recurs frequently, and the servers are not connected.

This error occurs only under the following conditions:

1. The SiteWatch Multiserver feature is enabled, and

2. There is at least one Pelco dome camera with preset positions defined.

This is a confirmed problem in SiteWatch 3.0.11.
