Only red and yellow lights are on

The e-Watch cameras and encoders are equipped with red, green and blue lights. The green light may be mistaken for yellow, however it is green.

Under UNALARMED conditions the lights signify the following for a WIRED device

  1. The blue light signifies the device has an IP address.
  2. The green light signifies the device is detecting activity in its Ethernet adaptor.
  3. The red light means power.

So if the blue light is not on then, most likely the device is set to DHCP mode and it did not get a valid IP Address from the DHCP server. The green light signifies it sees network activity, it does not imply the activity is from the device.
