I can connect to the camera but cannot see video
If you skipped the filter installation or feel they were installed incorrectly, you can ask the system to reinstall the filters. To do this click on any part of the ViewWatch interface, now press the F4 button. This will bring up the filter installation dialog. Just follow the onscreen instructions. It is recommended that the cameras and encoders always be kept up to the latest released e-Watch firmware. The new firmware does send its video differently than the old one. The video from the cameras and encoders is sent via multicast to the server and to the local stations. Make sure you are not blocking multicast on the local stations. If blocking multicast must be done, you will have to view rebroadcasted unicast video. See Document: URG-9110-001 SiteWatch™ Situational Awareness Software Administration Guide
