When I try to logon the page stops loading

If the page stops loading, then there is a problem with a setting in Internet Explorer. In order to better determine what the problems are you must be able to see the error.

If you can see an error message, use the e-Watch search engine to find a document related to the error message.

If you cannot see an error message you must turn on the show script error notification option in Internet Explorer.

Please follow these steps:
1. Click the Tools menu
2. Click on Internet Options
3. Click the Advanced tab
4. Check Display a notification about every script error
