After SiteWatch 3.0 PSK install, service fails with "cannot find the input table or query 'audioQuery'


After installing SiteWatch 3.0.8 with the PSK install option, the e-Watch Service fails with “AlertThread: ADO Error1: com.ms.wfc.data.AdoException: The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot find the input table or query ‘audioQuery’”. This is a confirmed problem in SiteWatch 3.0.8.

Follow these steps to correct this problem:

  1. Stop the e-Watch Service.
  2. On the SiteWatch installation CD, execute the program “D:\installed files\server\Ewatch30DBUpgrade.exe” where “D” is the drive letter of your CD drive.
  3. Restart the e-Watch Service.

This problem is fixed in SiteWatch 3.0.11.
